Collection: mung bean noodles

Like regular rice vermicelli, mung bean noodles are very thin and are great for adding to soups, hot pots or stir-fries. Some mung bean noodles can become clear when cooked, but most will remain slightly cloudy in colour. 

Some use vermicelli noodles and mung bean noodles interchangeably, although the later are particularly popular for Korean dishes like japchae.
