Freshasia is a specialist producer of frozen Asian food products. The company was founded in the UK in 2008 by a Chinese immigrant who wished to bring high-quality Asian cuisine to homes across Europe. Freshasia's Mixed Rice Balls are frozen, sweet, glutinous rice balls also known as "Tang Yuan". This rainbow assortment of miniature rice balls come in a wide range of flavours, such as mocha with red bean filling, purple with pumpkin filling, pumpkin rice balls with taro filling, and red rice balls with peanut filling. Each packet contains 16 balls with at least four of each flavour. To prepare, add the balls to boiling water and wait until the rice balls float to the surface. Serve the balls with sugar or in condensed milk.
