Freshasia is a specialist producer of frozen Asian food products. The company was founded in the UK in 2008 by a Chinese immigrant who wished to bring high-quality Asian cuisine to homes across Europe. Freshasia's Mini Rice Balls (Original) are frozen, sweet, glutinous rice balls also known as "Tang Yuan". The original version is unflavoured and has a delicate, sweet flavour. To prepare, add the balls to boiling water and wait until the rice balls float to the surface. Serve the balls with sugar, fruit, or in condensed milk.
