Honor Fried Round Gluten 康樂 油麵筋

Honor's Friend Round Gluten contains Chinese fried gluten balls, or Mian Jin, which are roughly golf ball sized spheres of deep fried dehydrated wheat gluten. They are very light with a smooth golden surface and a crispy texture. In Chinese cooking, fried gluten balls are usually used as an alternative to meat and poultry due to their meaty texture.
