Dongwon Industries is a South Korean seafood company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Dongwon is South Korea's largest fishing company and the owner of StarKist Tuna. Dongwon’s Bai-Top Shell Meat (Whelk) is a tin of a popular Korean seafood delicacy, that is often used in a spicy salad (Golbaengi Muchim). Whelk are a type of sea snail that has a briny and sweet flavour, not dissimilar to clams.
